Our business was dreamt up on the beach in Exmouth during a time when we would meet friends to watch the sunset with a flask full of carefully crafted Margarita. We'd find ourselves a quiet spot on the back beach and sip our cocktails just as the sun dipped and the River Exe Estuary turned red.
This magical spot just happens to be one of the views that local seascape artist Ella Slade has beautifully captured in her soon to launch range of sunset paintings.
And we're thrilled to share that we've now teamed up with Ella to bring you a little piece of her stunning artwork with every order placed online.
All of Ella's paintings have a unique combination of colour, motion and textures but most relevantly, "Sundowner on the Exe" (pictured above) perfectly portrays the setting that inspired our new range of premium canned cocktails.
And because sunsets and cocktails go together like a bucket and spade, from now on, when you place an order with us via our website, we'll include a postcard of Ella's "Sundowner on the Exe" print in the box. It can either have a hand written gift note added to it, or just arrive blank so that you can stick it to your fridge and be transported to this very spot on a daily basis.
The sunlight dancing on the ripples makes us smile every time we look at it so we hope you love it too.
